Techatix™ is seeking a Client Success Manager to support workforce solutions and technology service engagements across growing client accounts. This role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating delivery expectations, monitoring workforce performance, and ensuring long-term account satisfaction. The ideal candidate combines communication skills, operational awareness, and a proactive client-first mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage ongoing communication with active client accounts
  • Coordinate workforce delivery timelines and operational expectations
  • Monitor client satisfaction and support issue resolution
  • Work closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful engagement outcomes
  • Track account activity fulfillment progress and workforce performance metrics
  • Support onboarding coordination and workforce readiness processes
  • Identify account growth opportunities and escalation risks
  • Maintain organized client records and engagement documentation
  • Participate in operational review meetings and workforce planning discussions
  • Represent Techatix™ professionally across all client interactions

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in client success account management staffing operations or customer relationship management
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
  • Comfortable coordinating across recruiting operations and delivery teams
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-up discipline
  • Experience working in staffing workforce solutions technology services or B2B environments preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM and operational tracking tools
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and client-focused environments
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
