Job Description

Techatix™ is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand client relationships across technology consulting, workforce solutions, and operational support services. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, managing outbound sales efforts, and coordinating closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful client outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong relationship-building skills with operational awareness and a consultative sales approach.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across technology and workforce solutions services
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers hiring managers and operational leaders
  • Manage outbound prospecting activities including email outreach LinkedIn engagement and strategic follow-ups
  • Coordinate discovery calls to understand hiring operational and technical requirements
  • Work closely with recruiting and delivery teams to align client expectations with fulfillment capabilities
  • Prepare proposals capability presentations and service recommendations
  • Maintain CRM records pipeline visibility and sales activity reporting
  • Support long-term account growth through consultative relationship management
  • Monitor market trends hiring patterns and competitive workforce dynamics
  • Represent Techatix™ professionally across client interactions and networking opportunities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, staffing, or account management
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing outbound prospecting and sales pipelines

  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with recruiting and operations teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
